Dispatch Time

All of our artificial wedding flowers — including bouquets, arrangements, and buttonholes — are handmade to order. You’ll be asked to provide your wedding or event date at checkout. If, in the rare instance, we’re unable to fulfil your order within your timeframe, our system will notify you within 48 working hours.

Please note: We are currently fully booked for the next 12 weeks. If your event is sooner, please only order from our Ready-to-Post Wedding Bouquets collection, which ships within 24 working hours. 


Your Order

Each bouquet and arrangement is created by hand based on your exact selections. As materials are ordered specifically for your design, please double-check all customisation options before placing your order. You can order samples here to confirm colours and finishes.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our work:

  • Colour variations may occur — especially if you order items at different times.

  • For consistent shades and flower types, please order all items at the same time.

  • We are not responsible for slight differences in colour or ribbon shades due to supplier variations.

Please ensure all information provided at checkout — including contact details, delivery address, and event date — is correct. Any errors must be flagged immediately.


Returns Policy

In line with the UK Sale of Goods Act, personalised or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or have been supplied incorrectly

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items handmade & personalised to your specific colour or design preferences.

  • Orders placed with incorrect information provided by the customer.

  • Items returned after your wedding/event date – in ANY circumstanses

If you believe we have made an error or the product is faulty:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be returned within 48 hours of approval in original, unused condition.

  • Postage costs will be reimbursed only if we supplied an incorrect or faulty item.

  • Items returned damaged, used, or with signs of tampering will not be refunded.

Please note:

  • We do not accept returns without prior agreement.

  • Items must be securely packaged and returned via recorded delivery, as we are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.

We will not accept returns or issue refunds for any items returned after your event date.


Cancellations

We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel your order:

  • A 20% cancellation fee applies once your order is scheduled into our production calendar.

  • If your order is cancelled more than 7 weeks after purchase, a 50% fee applies if work has started.

  • After 10 weeks, cancellations will incur a 75% fee, as your flowers will be nearly complete.

Orders with highly personalised elements (specific flowers, colours, or embellishments) that are already in progress are non-refundable.


Non-Stock Items

Products like silk bunches, florist sundries, venue décor, and non-handmade goods are subject to a 25% restocking fee if returned due to customer error or change of mind. You are responsible for return shipping.


Sales & Discounts

Prices are fixed at the time of checkout. Discounts and promotions cannot be applied retrospectively. Similarly, if our prices increase after you’ve placed your order, you will not be charged the difference.


Product Images & Variations

All of our arrangements are handmade from brand-new, high-quality materials. Photos are for illustrative purposes only. Seasonal availability may cause some variations. If exact shades or types are important, please order a sample in advance.

Submitted Content

By submitting content (including social media tags), you confirm:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You own the rights to the content.

  • You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use it.

  • You indemnify us from any legal claims arising from that content.

We reserve the right to edit or remove any content submitted to our site or social channels.
